Our build coordinator, Kristina, was outstanding. Her communication was clear, prompt and reassuring from day one. She genuinely held our hand throughout the entire process, broke things down in plain English and made sure we never felt lost or left guessing. Cameron, our build supervisor, also went above and beyond. He was approachable, thorough and clearly took pride in the build. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly, and by the time handover rolled around everything was organised and stress-free. Handover itself was an absolute breeze. We’ve now been in the house for two months, and the after-handover care has been just as solid. As expected, a few small things popped up, and every single one was dealt with quickly and professionally. Once again, Kristina’s communication during this stage was excellent. As first-home builders, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. FRD Homes took what could have been a really overwhelming process and made it feel simple and supported from start to finish.
