PARTNER FAQS
Is there a formal referral agreement? Yes. Once we’ve had an initial conversation and agreed to work together, we’ll formalise the arrangement in writing.
We’re a professional operation – everything is documented clearly.
Do you pay referral fees?
FRD’s referral arrangements vary depending on the type of partner and volume of business. This is discussed directly as part of the onboarding conversation.
What happens if my client has a problem during the build?
Your dedicated FRD contact is accountable for your client’s project. Our build process includes stage-by-stage progress updates and a final inspection before handover. Issues that arise are managed through our customer service team – you won’t be left fielding calls on our behalf.
Do you build outside SEQ?
Currently, FRD builds exclusively within South-East Queensland. We’re focused on the corridors where demand is strongest and our trade network is deepest.
Can I show my clients a completed FRD home?
Yes. We have completed homes and we can arrange private inspections of recent builds in some locations. Ask your FRD contact to arrange this.
What if my client wants something outside the standard range?
FRD operates a set design range with some upgraded inclusions available for extra fees – we don’t do fully custom builds. Within that range there are meaningful choices (facades, colour schemes, some layout variations). If a client needs something highly bespoke, we’ll be honest about whether FRD is the right fit.
