We’re hiring an IT Support Technician at FRD Homes!
If you’re the kind of person who gets a quiet thrill from a clean inbox, a fully set-up new starter, and a backup that ran without a hitch – we want to hear from you.
We’re a growing residential home builder based in Queensland, and our tech environment has grown with us. We need a Level 1 IT tech who’s hands-on, reliable, and genuinely loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be working with: Microsoft 365 & SharePoint – Windows server environment – End-user device setup & asset management – User onboarding/offboarding – Network, VPN & security compliance
This isn’t a ticket-monkey role. You’ll have real ownership of our IT environment and be the go-to person for a team of people who depend on you.
