What is a house and land package?
A house and land package is a simple, stress-free way to build. Instead of hunting separately for land and then finding a builder, the two are bundled together into one convenient package. It’s a streamlined, cost-effective option that makes the whole process of building a new home much easier and more predictable.
Can I select a block and then choose my house design?
There can be some opportunity to mix and match lots and designs but often there are certain designs assigned to a lot to meet council and developer requirements. The level of customisation will largely depend on the location of the package you are looking at.
How do I find out what packages are available?
All FRD House and Land packages are handled by independent agents. If you would like to know more we can put you in touch.

Does FRD undertake projects with Developers?
FRD has a successful track record working with a range of developers on small projects thorugh to Master Planned Esatates. If you would like help scoping your next development, just reach out to the team.
Does FRD do renovations?
FRD are a Wholesale Builder which means we largely build a set range of home designs. We do not currently undertake renovations.
