The Slab Pour
The first step in the build process is to clear the site and ensure it is level and prepared as per the plans.
This is called the site cut, where machinery levels the site to create a pad. Next comes the foundations, which depending on the site could mean installation of piers, and the slab pour.

The Frame
The next step in the build process is to assemble the house frame.
The frame is built off-site, according to specific plans, and then delivered in panels which are pieced together on-site.
The house frame is then topped off with roof trusses, which are also pre-built off-site and craned into position. This speeds up construction and helps eliminate waste.
